All orders are placed via WhatsApp and are subject to availability and our confirmation. An order is confirmed only after we have acknowledged it and received any required advance payment.

Because every piece is custom-made to your specifications, production begins only after design details are finalized and confirmed by you.

Prices are communicated via WhatsApp based on your specific order. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured.
